Equity & Diversity in Harmony, Inc.
The Harmony, Inc. Equity and Diversity Committee (EDC) will aim to ensure that every woman in the organization has equal access to membership benefits, and is enabled to participate in a harassment-free environment. Further, the committee will work to facilitate positive attitudes about diversity and inclusion via open communication and education.
The focus of this committee is inclusion. Harmony, Inc. aims to have all people feel dignity and inherent worth in their involvement in the organization. We desire to promote and sustain a sense of belonging, respecting the talents, beliefs, backgrounds, and lifestyles of our members and supporters.
