Classes on performing categories of Musicality, Singing, and Performance, and on a variety of of subjects related to enhancing the performance skills of your ensemble.

- Will be held Friday, July 11
- All-Treble-Voice Quartets must be members of Harmony, Incorporated (Harmony, Inc.)
- Dues for Harmony, Inc. - $90 for the year, prorated depending on date of application

- Mixed-Voice Quartets must be members of Mixed Barbershop Association (MBHA)
- Dues for MBHA - $20 per year

- Will be held Saturday, July 12
- Groups of 6 or more are invited to participate in the Festival portion of the contest
- Treble-Voice Choruses do NOT have to be a chartered Chapter with Harmony, Inc.
- Dinner at the Omni Hotel (cost included in the AEP), Cash Bar
- Ensembles will be invited to perform on the Showcase
